The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: Foreclosure sale to satisfy unpaid property taxes owing to Burke County on your interest in the property described as follows: BEGINNING on an pipe, a new corner in the Western Right-of-Way margin of a private road in the boundary line of Wanda Vance, said corner being located South 44° East 287.5 feet; thence South 24° East 117 feet from a red oak in the Western margin of a private road 22 feet from the Northern Right-of-Way margin of Golloway Road and runs thence from said new corner North 50° 15' East 131 feet to an iron pipe, a new corner in the Eastern Right-of-Way margin of a second private roadway; thence with the Eastern Right-of-Way margin of said private roadway North 24° West 120 feet to an iron pipe in said Eastern Right-of-Way of said private roadway; thence North 19° West 37.5 feet to an iron pin in said Eastern Right-of-Way margin; thence South 50° 15' West 182.5 feet to an iron pipe in the Western Right-of-Way margin of the first above referred to private road; thence with the Western Right-of-Way margin of said private road South 44° East 120 feet to the BEGINNING corner and containing 1/2 acre, more or less as described by G.L. Yount, surveyor. Subject to easements, restrictions and rights of way of record, and matters of survey. Also being identified as REID # 51895, Burke County Tax Office.
