NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Catawba County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF CATAWBA vs. F & F ENTERPRISES and all possible assigns and successors of F & F ENTERPRISES, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 17-CVD-1764, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 7th day of May, 2021, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Catawba County, North Carolina, Newton, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Hickory Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: TRACT EIGHT: Being that unnumbered lot having a northerly line of 113.56 feet and a southerly line of 98.13 feet and lying between Lots 18 & 19 on map entitled "Fairgrove Center No. 1" recorded at plat Book 17, Page 208 in the office of the Register of Deed of Catawba County, North Carolina. Subject to a well water easement described in Deed Book 1336, Page 881, Catawba County Registry. Subject to restrictive covenants and easements of record. REID Number: 57286 The undersigned Commissioner makes no warranties in connection with this property and specifically disclaims any warranties as to title and habitability. This property is being sold as is, without opinion as to title or any other matter. This sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause.
