Movie critic Bruce Miller says “Summerland” touches on racism and intolerance but it’s not enough. In this era, plenty could be said and, in this case, it isn’t. However, “Cut Throat City” could be the week’s must-see. On paper, this film looks like a cautionary tale for everyone. Also, “The Secret: Dare to Dream” shows a fictionalized path to happiness. It’s like a Nicholas Sparks romance, and it presses the idea of positive thinking.
