The City of Winston-Salem is accepting proposals for funding available through the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Grants Program for the FY 2026 program year.
The CoC is a community-wide system of care designed to prevent and end homelessness through coordinated housing and supportive services.
Proposals will be accepted beginning Monday, June 22, 2026. Applications are due by noon on Monday, July 6, 2026.
The request for proposals is available to all eligible agencies interested in participating in the FY 2026 funding application process to operate eligible projects within the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Continuum of Care jurisdiction.
