There are some instances where your delivery issue cannot be reported online. If you do not see any of the above options when you go to report your delivery issue online, please visit our contact us page and contact customer service.
- Select a Product - this is the newspaper you are reporting a delivery issue for
- Select when the problem occurred (Today or Yesterday) - this is the day when the delivery issue occurred
- Select the Problem (Missed Paper, Wet Paper, Damaged Paper, or Missing Section)
- Select an available Resolution option
- Credit Account - Select this option if you would like your account credited for the reported delivery issue
- Redeliver Paper Tomorrow - Select this option if you would like the reported product redelivered to you tomorrow
- Redeliver Paper Today - Select this option if you would like the reported product redelivered to you today
- Click Submit Delivery Issue
